Which children and families can be referred?

Our service contributes to the desired aims of the Every Child Matters Agenda and the objectives of The Children’s Fund, Sure Start, childcare workers/managers within Social Services, Derbyshire PCT and Amber Valley CVS to create a multi agency preventative and supportive service. This has a positive impact on the levels of high and unmet need within the Amber Valley and Erewash communities. Additionally, by recruiting volunteers to offer family support we are able to add value to service delivery and to community cohesion

Who can make a referral?

Referrals can be made by families and professionals. If you would like to discuss referring a family support or obtain signpost information please contact the SOS Team at Amber Valley CVS on 01773 512076.
